- Peas 1 kg
- 3 potatoes
- 2 tomatoes
- 4-6 green chillies
- Ginger 2 inches
- 1 Garlic flower
- Asafoetida
- Mustard
- Jeera
- Turmeric
- Coriander green
- Coriander powder
- Amchur powder
- Garam Masala
- Red Chilli powder
- Green coriander
Procedure
- Peel Peas and divide into half
- Half peas to be grinded (roughly) in Mixer and fried in oil .
- Half peas to be boiled
- Chop the potatoes and deep fry it.
- Chop tomatoes.
- For Green Chutney chop green coriander, ginger, garlic and green Chilli + salt. Make a paste.
- Tempering / Tadka : Take oil in pan
- Add asafoetida + mustard seed + Cumin seeds + Turmeric
- Add chopped tomatoes
- Add red Chilli powder+Amchur powder +Garam masala
- Add fried Peas paste
- 1 Cup water
- Add fried potatoes
- Add another cup of water.
- Boil.
Tip
- Garnish it with green coriander
- Eat with Paratha or Puri or Jeera rice.
- No onions in gravy.
