Methi Puri

                               Methi Puree


Ingredients
  • 1/2 kg green Methi or Fenugreek
  • Green chili 4
  • Garlic 1 flower
  • Oil
  • Wheat flour for 4 people
  • Besan or gram flour 2 serving spoon
  • Ajwain
  • Til
  • Fennel
  • Jeera powder
  • Salt
  • Turmeric
Procedure
  • Separate methi leave, wash and chop them finely
  • Heat oil add
  • Paste of garlic and green chili, golden fry it
  • Add chopped methi
  • Dry its excess of water
  • Take wheat flour + Besan
  • Add 2 tbsp of oil
  • Fennel powder
  • Jeera powder
  • Ajwain
  • Turmeric and salt to taste.
  • Kneed the Atta tight
  • Keep it for Half an hour.
  • Prepare a small Pedas for making puree.
  • Heat the oil
  • Start frying Purees.
