Palak Paneer
- Palak 1 Kg
- Paneer
- Malai or Creame 1/2 cup or 1 glass milk
- 2 Big size Onions + Garlic 1 flower
- Ginger + 2 Tomatoes + Green chill 2
- Garam masala
- Jeera powder, coriander powder, red chilli, salt
Procedure
- Soak paneer in warm water for 5 min, then fry
- Remove Palak leaves + wash + boil (1 whistle) + grind
- Grind onion and garlic
- Grind tomatoes + garlic + green chilli
- Heat oil in kadhai,
- Add Jeera
- Paste of onion + garlic fry
- Paste of tomatoes + ginger + 2 green chilli fry
- Add dry masala Jeera powder, coriander powder, red chilli, salt.
- Garam masala
- Add paste of Palaka, stir fry
- Add fried Paneer
- Cream / Malai or / 1 small glass milk
