Matar Paneer
- Peas or matar 1kg
- Paneer
- Channa masala
- Jeera powder, red chili powder, coriander powder, salt, turmeric
- 4 Onions and 1 garlic flower
- 3 Tomatoes and ginger
- Green chilies optional
- Green coriander
- Red chili powder (kashmiri mirch)
Procedure
- Soak paneer in warm water for 5 minutes
- Keep the peas ready fresh ones.
- Chop onions and keep the garlic paste ready fry then
- Keep tomato and ginger paste ready + green chilli fry them
- Add dry masala salt,red chili powder, turmeric,jeera powder,coriander powder.
- Add Matar in it
- Add soaked paneer
- Add Chana masala
Garnishing
- Garnish it with green coriander
- make the vegetable dry.
