Palaka Paneer

                           Palak Paneer


Ingredients
  • Palak 1 Kg
  • Paneer
  • Malai or Creame 1/2 cup or 1 glass milk
  • 2 Big size Onions + Garlic 1 flower
  • Ginger + 2 Tomatoes + Green chill 2
  • Garam masala
  • Jeera powder, coriander powder, red chilli, salt 
Procedure
  • Soak paneer in warm water for 5 min, then fry
  • Remove Palak  leaves + wash + boil (1 whistle) + grind 
  • Grind onion and garlic
  • Grind tomatoes + garlic + green chilli
  • Heat oil in kadhai,
  • Add Jeera
  • Paste of onion + garlic fry
  • Paste of tomatoes + ginger + 2 green chilli fry
  • Add dry masala Jeera powder, coriander powder, red chilli, salt.
  • Garam masala
  • Add paste of Palaka, stir fry
  • Add fried Paneer
  • Cream / Malai or / 1 small glass milk

Ingredients
  • Cut the veg in rounded shape
  • add jeer
  • add lady,s finger
  • add dry masala

Mint Chutney

                       Mint Chutney

INGREDIENTS
  • 2 bundle Mint
  • 100 gram Green coriander
  • 4 green chilies
  • 4 pieces garlic
  • 1 small Onion
  • Raw mango
  • 1 mango raw
  • 1 spoon chat Masala
  • salt to taste
  • 1/2 spoon black salt
  • Fried Jeera powder

PROCEDURE
  •  Mix all ingredients in  grinder.
  • Add salt
  • Store it in refrigerator.


Matar Paneer

                              Matar Paneer


Ingredients
  • Peas or matar 1kg
  • Paneer
  • Channa masala
  • Jeera powder, red chili powder, coriander powder, salt, turmeric
  • 4 Onions and 1 garlic flower
  • 3 Tomatoes and ginger
  • Green chilies optional
  • Green coriander
  • Red chili powder (kashmiri mirch)
Procedure
  • Soak paneer in warm water for 5 minutes
  • Keep the peas ready fresh ones.
  • Chop onions and keep the garlic paste ready fry then
  • Keep tomato and ginger paste ready + green chilli fry them
  • Add dry masala salt,red chili powder, turmeric,jeera powder,coriander powder.
  • Add Matar in it
  • Add soaked paneer
  • Add Chana masala
Garnishing
  • Garnish it with green coriander
  • make the vegetable dry.

Veg Birayani

                   Vegetable Biryani


Ingredients
  • Basmati Rice
  • Biryani Masala 
  • or Coriander powder, Jeera powder, kitchen masala, channa masala
  • Bay leaves, cloves, black pepper, Cardemum, small and big,  star anise
  • 1 cup curd / or Venegar
  • Vegetables : Carrot, Cauliflower, peas, capcicim, Beans, 
  • 3 big Onion, garlic, ginger paste.Green chillies 3 or 4
  • Ghee for garnishing
  • Crispy onions for garnishing
  • Cashew Nut
  • Cooking oil
  • Garam masala
Preparations
  • Wash rice
  • Boil water 
  • Add oil 2 tbs, salt, 
  • Cardamom small and big both, clove, black pepper, bay leaves, cinnamon, star anise,
  • After the water comes to boiling temp add rice in it.
  • Venagar (optional)
  • Switch off the flame after rice is half cooked.
  • Remove the rice in strainer and keep it aside.
  • Chop 2 big onion big C shape
  • Heat oil add Jeera and onions, crisp fry them
  • Prepare ginger + Garlic paste
  • Chop all the vegetables
  • Chop 1 onion
  • finely chop carrot
  • Fry cashew crispy
Procedure
  • Heat oil in Kadhai
  • Add chop onions
  • Add garlic and ginger paste
  • Add chopped vegetables carrot, cauliflower,beans, later on peas and beans.
  • Add dry masala like biryani masal or kitchen masala, chana masala, jeera powder, coriander powder, red chilli powder,turmeric optional And salt.
  • Add chopped Capcicum and peas later on
  • Add curd (optional)
  • Add boiled rice and mix  
  • Add fried cashew later on
  • Add Ghee at last
Tips
  • Ghee for garnishing
  • Crispy onions for garnishing at the time of serving
  • Fried cashew nuts  for garnishing
  • Eat with curd
  • Salad
  • Mint Chutney 
  • Chilly pickle
