Crisp Prawns
- 2 Packet medium size prawns
- 2 flower of garlic
- Green coriander
- 3 Green chilies
- Ginger
- Oil for shallow frying
- 4 Table spoon gram flour
- 2 Table spoon Maida
- Salt,turmeric
- Red chilli powder
- Coriander powder
Procedure
- Defrost and wash the prawns
- Green coriander, garlic, green chilies,ginger make its paste in grinder
- Take the prawn on a bowl
- Add sait to it
- Add the above paste
- Add dry spices turmeric, red chili powder,coriander powder
- Add besan to it
- Mix it properly
- Marinate for two hours
- Shallow fry the prawns in a pan.
Tips
- Serve it hot with plain rice,dal and mint chutney
