- Heat oil in pan
- Add chopped onions
- Garlic
- Green chili
- Grated ginger _Tomato
- add dry masala salt. lal mirch, turmeric, coriander powder, jeera powder, Amchur powder, garam masala.
- Add besan and fry
Prepare Shimla Mirch
Make a whole from between
Fill the stuffing in it
Dry in oil
Eat it with chapati or dal rice.
