- Gimikand or suran
- Colicinth or Arbi
- Brinjal or egg plant
- Radish
- Carrot
- Bitter gourd
- Ganth
- Gilkhi
- Potatoes
- Capcicum or Shimala mirch
- Lauki
- Ginger
- Amla
- Tomatoes 2
- Lemon juice to coter tangy taste
Green coriander
Garam masala powder
Procedure
Tips
No onions and no garlic.
Can be served with rice, or puri kadhi and radish chutney.
