However its tough to absorb this iron without the assistance of vitamin C to help with that, simply mix fresh or sauteed leafy greens with tomatoes, a splash or lemon juice or even pieces of strawberries to elevate the taste as well as the health benefits of the meal.

The fruit helps in making one's heart healthy and may lower the risk of colon cancer. Simply mix it with  heart healthy  monosaturated olive oil for maximum absorption.
