Besan Pitala and Rice Bhakari
Ingredients
- Besan
- Oil
- Mustard
- Kadi Patta
- Green Chilli
- Onions
- Salt
- Red Chilly powder
- Turmeric
- Jeera Powder
- Hot water to keen rice dough
- Tomatoes
- Green Coriander
Procedure
Besan Pithala
- Heat oil in a pan
- Add mustard seeds
- Green chopped chilies
- Kadhi patta
- Chopped onions
- Add dry Powder salt, red chilli powder, turmeric. jeera powder
- Add besan fry
- Add water
- Boil or steam it
- Add chopped tomatoes at last
- Garnish it with chopped green coriander.
Rice Bhakari
- Rice flour
- add salt
- Hot water
- kneed it
- Prepare Bhakari
- Place over hot tava
- Add water
- Roast it from both sides
- Pithala can be served with Bhakari or Rice
