Rice Kheer
Ingredients
- 2 liters of full cream milk
- 8 Green Cardamum
- Sugar 400 grams
- Dry fruits
- Grated coconut optional
- Kesar Optional
- Basmati Rice 1/2 small katori soaked
Procedure
- Boil Milk
- Add grounded cardamum
- Add soaked and washed rice
- Add chopped dry fruits
- Boil till light pink
- Add sugar at last
- After the kheer is semisolid remove it from flame
