Methi Puree
- 1/2 kg green Methi or Fenugreek
- Green chili 4
- Garlic 1 flower
- Oil
- Wheat flour for 4 people
- Besan or gram flour 2 serving spoon
- Ajwain
- Til
- Fennel
- Jeera powder
- Salt
- Turmeric
Procedure
- Separate methi leave, wash and chop them finely
- Heat oil add
- Paste of garlic and green chili, golden fry it
- Add chopped methi
- Dry its excess of water
- Take wheat flour + Besan
- Add 2 tbsp of oil
- Fennel powder
- Jeera powder
- Ajwain
- Turmeric and salt to taste.
- Kneed the Atta tight
- Keep it for Half an hour.
- Prepare a small Pedas for making puree.
- Heat the oil
- Start frying Purees.
