Procedure
- Fry all ingredients in oil in slow flame.
- Add dry masala salt, red chilly powder, turmeric, coriander powder, jeera powder
- Slit baigan
- Grind the masala
- Pour oil in pan
- add masala
- Then add brinjal
- Sprinkle green coriander at last
